May Allah’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you all.
On behalf of ICI Shura, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the constitution committee for the countless hours they put towards drafting the amendment changes, gathering valuable feedback from various stakeholders, and presenting to the community members to vote on it.
Our sincere appreciation goes to the membership and election committee for going through the arduous task of preparing, coordinating, and conducting the elections today in a swift and efficient manner.
We are also especially grateful to the community members who participated in the recent Masjid Constitution Amendment vote. Your active participation and involvement in this process is a true testament to the strength of our community.
Alhamdulillah, we had a good voter turnout, and the tabulated results are as follows:
Total number of votes cast: 351
Approvals for amendments (Yes): 165
No for amendment votes (No): 183
Votes deemed invalid: 3
We are proud to have such a dedicated and engaged community, and we look forward to your continued support and involvement in all future community activities.
